The Town of Milton is resuming the Committee of Adjustment and Consent (COA) meetings in person as of January 26, 2023.  Applicants and interested parties can participate in person at Town Hall, Council Chambers, 150 Mary Street. 


Minor Variances are being requested to construct a basement accessory apartment. In order to permit the basement apartment, the Zoning By-law requires a minimum of three parking spaces. The applicant is proposing to provide one parking space within the garage and two parking spaces on the driveway.

A minor variance is being requested to construct a basement apartment, where the entrance to the accessory apartment is located in the exterior side yard. The minor variance is required to permit the below grade stairs in the exterior side yard.
