Minor Variances are being requested to facilitate a new one-storey detached dwelling with an attached garage and deck to the rear.

Minor variances are being requested to accommodate a rear addition to an existing dwelling

Minor variances are being requested to construct a high density residential development that is comprised of three residential buildings connected by an underground parking structure.
